He was full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013, Appointed as UnB’s Emeritus Professor (2014), Appointed as Guest Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology – China (2011), Visiting Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015), Appointed as Distinguished Professor at Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019), Appointed as Full Professor at Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil (2018), Appointed as CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010, 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB, 2012 China’s 1000 Foreign Expert Recipient, and 2012 Academic Excellence Award from Brazilian Professor’s Union. He is known for his research in preparation, characterization and applications of nanosized materials (magnetic fluid, magnetoliposome, magnetic nanoemulsion, magnetic nanocapsule, magnetic nanofilm, magnetic nanocomposite, nanosized semiconductors, polymeric dots, and carbon dots).

Dr. Jin Li

University of Cambridge, UK

Dr. Jin Li is a post-doc researcher at the University of Cambridge, UK. He has worked as a post-doc researcher at Tsinghua University in 2013-2015. He received his Ph.D. degree in optical engineering from Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013. Research interest: Since 2009, the in-depth research of holography and optical cameras in terms of new principles, methods, processing, and system has been carrying out. Currently, he has extended his research to field related to nano-device fabrication and optical nano-components, such meta-material optical components, ultrafast optics, and new imaging methods based on meta-surface and disorder, TFT-based synaptic devices, etc.

Prof. Zhiyuan Zhu

Dr. Zhiyuan Zhu, Full Professor (Ph.D.-Microelectronics and solid state electronics), now is

a full professor in Southwest University. He is editorial board members in PLOS ONE (SCI index) and SCIREA journal of Energy. He was a visiting scholar of Georgia institute of technology (2013-2014). He joined Zhejiang University as an assistant professor in 2016. And Dr. Zhiyuan Zhu got Zhongtian Faculty Fellowship in 2018, Ocean College, Zhejiang University. He is promoted as a full professor in Southwest University (due to his outstanding academic performance) in September 2019. He has published 28 journal papers (as first author or corresponding author).

Dr. Mostafa Mostafa is a researcher (engineer) both in the Experimental Physics Department of Ural Federal University, Russia and in Physics Department of Faculty of Science of Minia University, Egypt. His research interests includes: Radiation Dosimetry-Detectors-Aerosols-Environmental Radioactivity-Particle Size-Radiation Measurements-Radon-Radon Daughters-Background Radiation-SRIM.

Dr. Hussein Abdullah Hussein Baqiah

Dr. Hussein Baqiah obtained his PhD in Physics and Materials Science from National University of Malaysia (UKM). After that, he was a Post-Doc researcher in Physics Department, Faculty of Science of University Putra Malaysia. Currently, he is working in Shandong Key Laboratory of Biophysics, Dezhou University, China. His research interests includes: Exploring physical properties of solid materials in the form of thin film, nanoparticles and bulk for multiferroic, optoelectronic, sensor, spintronics, photoenergy conversion and superconductors applications. 

Dr. Dongye Zhao

Dr. Dongye Zhao is now working in Center for Fusion Science, Southwestern Institute of Physics, China. His research interests include: 1. Plasma wall interactions & Plasma surface interaction in nuclear fusion 2. Development of the in situ diagnostics of the first wall of fusion devices by laser-based techniques (LIAS, LIBS, LIDS) 3. Picosecond laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (ps-LIBS) 4. Ultrashort and short pulses laser ablation (fs, ps, ns, ms) & ultrashort pulse laser-matter interaction

Dr. Yuri A. Rezunkov

“Scientific Research Institute on optic-electronics instrument engineering” Stock Corporation (NII OEP), Russia

Dr. Yu.A, Rezunkov graduated from the S.-Petersburg Polytechnic University namely chair of “Aerodynamics and thermodynamics”. In 1977, he defended a PhD thesis from the University. Since this year, he is with the “Scientific Research Institute on optic-electronics instrument engineering” Stock Corporation (NII OEP) located in Sosnovy Bor city of Leningrad region (Russian Federation). He is a leading scientist on laser physics, laser optics, and interaction of the laser radiation with a matter in the Corporation.

Dr. Smitha Thankachan is now working in Department of Physics, Mar Athanasius (Autonomous) College, India. Her topics of interest are nanomagnetic materials, its magnetic, antibacterial and energy storage applications.

Dr. Soumyadeep Sinha

Dr. Soumyadeep Sinha is currently working in Department of Physics, Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science, India. The broad area of interest can be defined as the development of thin films of different materials for several fields of applications. The interests also can be divided in the following sub-divisions: Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) process, Development of thin films by ALD, Transparent Conducting (TCs) Materials for different application prospects, Property study of the TC materials, Application of TCs in different optoelectronic devices (solar cells, sensors, thin film transistors etc.), Thin film solar cells (e.g., CZTS, CZTSSe, SnS, Cu2O etc.), ALD-anode materials for Li and Na-ion battery.

Dr. Yingying Zhang

Hefei University of Technology, China

Yingying Zhang received the B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Hubei University of Technology in 2002 and Ph.D. degrees in semiconductors and circuits from the Department of Electronics Engineering, Chungnam National University, Korea in 2010. She is currently a professor at the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Hefei University of Technology, China. Her main research interests include electromagnetic environment of aircraft power supply, electromagnetic compatibility, magnetic technology and application, power supply and distribution system, power quality analysis and control technology, harmonic detection and suppression technology, reliability prediction and evaluation.

Dr. Devbrat Pundhir

Mr. Devbrat Pundhir has received his B.Sc. Hons. (Physics) and M.Sc. (Physics) degrees from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra. Mr. Pundhir joined the Seismo-Electromagnetics and Space Research Laboratory (SRSRL), Bichpuri, Agra, India as a Junior Research Fellow in 2013. He completed his Ph. D in Physics from Banasthali University, Rajasthan, India. His research field is Electromagnetic and Space Science. The research interest of Dr. Pundhir is to confirm a true precursor of earthquakes using GPS based measurements of F-region total electron content (TEC) and use them for the development of a suitable model for Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere coupling (LAIC) and atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics.  

Prof. Ke Wang

Prof. & Head of the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, East China University of Technology, China

Prof. Ke Wang obtained his Ph.D degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Currently, Prof. Ke Wang is heading the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering in the East China University of Technology. Previously, he received Alexander von Humboldt research award to carry out his work in RWTH-Aachen. Prof. Wang serves as the Editorial Board Member for over ten scientific journals. He has published more than 70 peer reviewed papers and holds several patents. His expertise covers magnetic/optical/electronic thin films and nanostructured devices.

Prof. Xiaoliang Tian

Director of the Institute of Energy Engineering, Qingdao University, China

Prof. Xiaoliang Tian graduated from Tianjin University in March 1992 with a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Thermophysics. In 1998, he was honored as a professor of Qingdao University. Now he is the director of the Institute of Energy Engineering, Qingdao University. His main research fields include energy saving technology of heat pump and heat pipe, efficient energy transport technology, etc. He creatively proposed the "Dynamic Heat Pipe System" and organically combined the "Dynamic Heat Pipe System" with heat pump energy-saving technology. He has declared 36 national invention patents, among which 25 have been authorized.

Dr. Tao Liu

Dr. Tao Liu is an Associate researcher of School of Mathematics and Statistics, Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao, China. His main research fields include: 1. Inverse and Ill-posed Problems 2. Parameter Estimation; Tomography 3. Viscoelastic Wave Propagation and Scattering; Multiphase Porous Media Flow 4. Homotopy; Multigrid; Wavelet; Total Variation Regularization; Sparse Transforms.

Prof. Azizollah Shafiekhani

After getting the Ph.D. from the Department of Physics of Sharif University of Technology, he joined in School of Physics, Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM) for Post Doc. From 2001 until now, he has been working in the Department of Physics in Alzahra University (AU). He is a full professor now. He has rich experience (more than 20 years) in physics research and teaching. His interested research subjects include: Carbon, DLC, Carbon/Me composites, Metal Nanoparticles, Solar Cells and water splitting materials, NanoPhotonic Spectroscopy, Plasmon and Biophotonic, Sensors, Biosensors, Gas Sensor, Particle Physics, Neutrino oscillations.

Prof. Yatao Ren

Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellow, University of Nottingham, UK

Dr. Yatao Ren focuses on the application of photothermal conversion of plasmonic nanoparticles, including photothermal therapy, nanochemistry, and solar energy harvesting. In related subjects, he has published about 30 peer-reviewed journal papers and book chapters, including one ESI Highly Cited Paper and one Annual Best Paper Award. He also holds three patents for light-particles interaction and light transfer related techniques. He served as the Topic Editor of Applied Sciences, and reviewer for many prestigious journals including International Journal of Heat & Mass Transfer. He has been awarded as the Outstanding Reviewer by refereed journals such as Waste Management and Infrared Physics and Technology.
